ULTRALITE FOIL

The foil is manufacture in Ulbrichs climate controlled dedicated factory for the production of Ulbrich Ultralite metal foils.

Foils are rolled at 14" wide in thicknesses from 0.0381mm ( 0.0015") down to 0.0127mm ( 0.0005"). Most alloys are available in foils, and common grades are often available ex stock.

Thickness range – from 0.0381mm maximum thickness to 0.0127mm.

Foil can be supplied slit to size and coiled to your requirements
Metals - Stainless Steels , Titanium , Nickel Alloys and special metals.

Ulbrich also manufacture precision round, square, flat, and shaped and fine wires.

An almost infinite number of shapes and profiles in wire are available. Ulbrich manufacture their own tooling so can design the wire shape to exactly meet the customers needs. The flexibility in wire production means that often a more cost effective solution can be found in flat wire than in some sizes of strip especially where thickness and width are in a close ratio.

Flat - 0.0076mm to 5.33 mm ( 0.0003" – 0.210")
Width 0.05mm to 25.40mm width (0.002" – 1.0")
Round - 0.02mm to 10.16mm ( 0.0008" – 0.40")
Square - 0.762mm to 6.35mm ( 0.03"- 0.25"
Special Shapes and profiles – rectangle, hexagonal, octagonal, triangle, half round, plus custom designed profiles
Metals – Stainless, Titanium, Nickel alloys, Cobalt alloys, Nitinol, ,Monel 400.
