Mild and carbon steel slit strip can be supplied on traverse wound coil, providing the slit width is not over 40mm wide.

Traverse wound coils can be loaded to your preferred weight in the range of 120 kg to 1250 kg.

Coils have a 400mm id with a travel width of 200 / 300/ 400 or 500mm
The outside diameter ranges from 550 mm to 1000mm

Reels - Coils of narrow widths from 3.00mm to 8mm can be supplied on plastic din reels with specifiable weights of 25 kg / 55kg / 120 kg / 200 kg.

EDGE DRESSED COILS

Coils can be supplied with a range of edge treatments:

Deburred - machined or rolled.
Chamfered all 4 corners - machined
Dressed square edges - machined
Rounded either roller dressed or machined
Bevelled – one or both edges - machined
